Job summary

ECM Transport LLC is seeking a skilled CDL Class A instructor to mentor students in safety skills and industry best practices. This full-time position offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule, with no weekend work.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating driving operations, supervising trainees, and providing in-person instruction. The ideal candidate must have a valid Class A license, a minimum of 3 years driving experience, and strong communication skills. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of over-the-road or local commercial driving experience.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug tests.
• Ability to deliver training and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate driving operations for students regularly.
• Oversee safe equipment operation by students.
• Supervise trainees and complete necessary documentation.
• Provide daily instruction in various driving aspects.
