Job summary

Griffin Waste is hiring a Hook Bin Driver to efficiently manage delivery and pickup routes across our service area. You will load units and equipment, execute pickups, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries with proper receipts and signatures.

The role requires a valid CDL with a clean driving record, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to follow dispatch directions. Weekend/evening/on-call work may be required along with basic maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to plan routes and use GPS/maps as needed.
• Ability to follow dispatch instructions and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Completes efficient delivery and pick up route daily.
• Loads vehicle with units and equipment for delivery.
• Picks up units along route and delivers replacements or dumps.
• Delivers to addresses, collects signatures/payments when needed.
• Maintains basic mileage and delivery records.
• Ensures vehicle maintenance per schedule and reports issues.
• Follows safety guidelines and transportation laws.
• Assists in yard and maintenance duties after routes.
• Weekend/evening/on-call hours may be required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
