Qualifications

• CDL is required and a valid license is necessary.
• Experience with roadways/shoulder maintenance and construction work.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and hand/power tools.
• MOT / traffic control certifications or courses preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment like wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and asphalt rollers.
• Ability to read the local driving rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway maintenance tasks in the Waco, TX area.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Work various shifts including day, mid, and night; respond to weather events.
• Operate and maintain hand/tools, equipment, and safety gear.
• Participate in background checks and safety programs.
