Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services is seeking a responsible CDL Highway Laborer to perform highway maintenance tasks, including traffic control, cleaning, and vegetation removal. The role requires a CDL Class B with air brake endorsement and OSHA 10, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will conduct equipment inspections, operate a box truck, and set up daily traffic control. Flexible hours, weekends, and overtime may be required as part of a dynamic, family-oriented workforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Must have CDL Class B license with air break endorsement.
• 5 years clean MVR (motor vehicle record).
• Must have OSHA 10 and up-to-date medical card.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Certification (can be provided by the company if not already certified).
• Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Capable of driving a box truck or similar vehicle.
• Comfortable and capable of working from various heights.
• Experience with landscaping and weed whacking is required.

This individual will be responsible for performing various highway maintenance tasks, including traffic control set-ups, cleaning, and tree/brush removal.
