Job summary

H2O Innovation Inc. in Long Beach, Mississippi, is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities include loading, hauling and operating diverse heavy machinery, performing routine maintenance and submitting written reports, while ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations. Preferred candidates will hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least 6 months of experience operating heavy equipment; pipelaying experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in loading, hauling and operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand grades and plans.
• Strong communication with team and supervisors; safety-conscious work style.
• Ability to work in varied weather and physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, haul and operate heavy equipment ( excavators, dozers, backhoes, graders ).
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Create and submit written reports as needed.
• Conduct ditch cleaning to maintain hydraulic and drainage flow.
• Follow safety protocols and line locate policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient operations.
