Job summary

EquipmentShare in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to move and deliver equipment, utilizing our real-time fleet data platform. You will support on-site operations and ensure safe, timely deliveries.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours; on-call scheduling may apply with additional compensation. Eligible candidates hold a Class A CDL and pass DOT/background checks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL or state-appropriate license for the vehicle weight operated.
• Must pass background and drug testing per federal/state regulations.
• Must pass DOT physical; trucks exceed 10k lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle per state/federal laws.
• Transport loads safely and on time while following traffic laws and safety regs.
• Assist with loading/unloading and securing cargo.
• Maintain invoices and shipping documents; deliver to shipping staff on route completion.
• Perform routine vehicle service checks and report maintenance issues.
• Arrange trailers in yards for optimal loading patterns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
