Job summary

EquipmentShare in Sacramento, CA is hiring a CDL Delivery Driver to join our Advanced Solutions facility. You will operate heavy equipment trucks, transport loads safely, and help with loading/unloading when needed.

This on-site role offers a schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, overtime after 40 hours, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). We value safety, reliability, and teamwork as we build the future of construction.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or chauffeur’s license valid for weight of vehicle.
• Must pass background and drug testing as required by regulations.
• Must pass DOT physical; trucks weigh over 10k lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle according to state and federal transportation laws.
• Transport loads safely and timely over required routes, obeying traffic laws.
• Ma n u e v e r truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas per signals.
• Assist with loading/unloading goods using specialized equipment when needed.
• Maintain invoices, shipping bills, and paperwork; deliver to shipping office.
• Perform routine service checks and report maintenance issues.
• Arrange trailers in yards for optimal loading patterns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

Commercial driver's license (Class A CDL)
