Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a CDL Delivery Driver at our Hollister, CA facility. This role focuses on safe, efficient delivery of equipment, with regular 7:00 AM–5:00 PM hours and overtime after 40 hours.

You will work within a tech-driven environment that supports real-time fleet visibility and delivery details. The position requires a Class A CDL or equivalent and includes benefits, overtime, and potential for career growth within a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (Class A) or chauffeur’s license depending on state.
• Background and drug screening required by federal and/or state transportation regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle according to state and federal transportation laws.
• Transports loads safely and on time, following traffic and safety regulations.
• Maneuvers truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas per signals and loading crew direction.
• Assists with loading and unloading, using equipment when warranted; returns equipment to designated area.
• Maintains invoices, shipping documents, and paperwork; delivers documents to shipping office after delivery.
• Performs routine vehicle service checks and reports maintenance issues to Shipping Supervisor.
