Job summary

EquipmentShare in Carlsbad, NM is hiring a CDL Delivery Driver to join our Advanced Solutions rental team. You will operate a CDL-equipped truck, deliver equipment to customers, and ensure safe, on-time arrivals.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours, on-call rotation with extra pay, and comprehensive medical and retirement benefits. We value teamwork, safety, and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (Class A) appropriate for vehicle weight.
• Background and drug testing as required by DOT regulations.
• Must pass a DOT physical; 21+ years old to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle according to state and federal laws.
• Transports loads safely and timely, following traffic regulations.
• Manoeuvres truck/trailer into loading/unloading areas; follows crew signals.
• Assists with loading/unloading and returns equipment to designated areas.
• Maintains invoices and shipping documents; delivers paperwork on route completion.
• Performs routine vehicle service checks and reports maintenance issues.
• Arranges trailers for optimal loading patterns; performs related duties.
