Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery driver for Store #705779 in Westbrook, ME to safely load, transport, and deliver paint and related products to customers. This role requires a valid CDL with hazmat endorsement and a DOT medical certificate.

You will manage routes, maintain vehicle, and assist customers while ensuring accuracy and safety of each delivery. Evening/weekend availability and warehouse duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted CDL with a hazardous materials endorsement.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from a DOT-licensed medical examiner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck and ensure deliveries meet customer requirements.
• Maintain vehicle and alert supervisor to repairs and servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer questions or complaints.
• Adhere to routes, schedules, and transportation laws; maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and documents relating to deliveries.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed (tinting, mixing).
