Job Description

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a highly motivated General Laborer/ Landscaper with a great attitude and strong ethics. This position is responsible for performing the day-to-day job functions that support all field operations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Trash and large debris pickup.
• Weed cutting and removal.
• Tree trimming.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all power tools safely.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Landscaping.
• Herbicide application.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Experience:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Class A CDL required with 5 years of clean MVR.
• Ability to travel away from home for approximately 1 week at a time, about 6-8 weeks per year.
• Landscaping and herbicide application experience required.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Prior vegetation spray, paint, or tree experience is preferred.
• CDL license is preferred but not required.
