Waste Pro USA Inc. in Lafayette, LA is seeking an energetic Front Load Driver with a Class A/B CDL to service commercial routes and operate refuse collection trucks safely. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and deliver courteous, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of operation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Able to communicate in English (read and write).
• Able to operate refuse trucks and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Physical ability to lift and push heavy loads; long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial routes with Front Load Containers and operate refuse truck safely.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, logs, and vehicle condition reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address issues.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Clean and maintain vehicle exterior and load securing equipment.
• Adhere to route schedules and company policies.
