Waste Pro currently has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers in the US state of Georgia. Front Load Driver operates refuse collection on pre-assigned routes, performs pre/post-trip inspections and maintains equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and efficiency on urban and commercial routes. Applicants must hold a valid CDL A or B, be at least 21, and pass background and motor vehicle checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines and practices; understanding of Department of Transportation and State requirements for operators of commercial motor vehicles.
• Hearing in the normal audio range with or without correction.
• Seeing in the normal visual range with or without correction.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial Front Load Containers on assigned routes.
• Operate the truck safely and perform pre-trip and post-trip checks.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, logs, and vehicle condition reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report issues.
• Maintain a clean truck and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow DOT rules and company safety policies during operations.
