Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will oversee helpers, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensure safe, on-time pickup of garbage, yard waste, and recyclables.

A $10,000 driver award is offered when criteria are met every three years. The role requires a Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record, 21+ years of age, and solid knowledge of DOT/CMV requirements.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B valid for the state of employment; clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Familiarity with DOT/State CMV requirements and guidelines.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives refuse collection truck on pre-assigned routes.
• Collects and dumps garbage and recyclables as required.
• Oversees helpers on route and performs pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintains truck cleanliness and fuel/generator checks.
• Completes required reports and records as directed.
