Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a motivated CDL Front End Loader Driver to operate a front-end loader truck on assigned routes, serving residential and commercial customers with safety and professionalism.

You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, adhere to DOT regulations, and communicate with dispatch. A strong safety mindset, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential as you help keep our communities clean and well-served.

Qualifications

• Requires valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate front-end loader and related equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Front End Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional vehicle and assist teammates as needed.

You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.What You'll DoSafely operate a Front End Loader Truck on assigned routes.Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.At Coastal, we win as a team.
