Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Florida is seeking a CDL Front End Loader Driver to operate a Front End Loader Truck on assigned routes, delivering and servicing customers while upholding safety and professionalism.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, adhere to DOT regulations, and collaborate with dispatch, supporting teammates as needed. A valid CDL and strong safety mindset are required; outdoor work and varying schedules are part of the role.

• Report mechanical concerns or safety issues promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.

Your Role

As a CDL Front End Loader Driver, you'll safely operate a Front End Loader Truck while servicing customers along assigned routes. You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Front End Loader Truck on assigned routes.


• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.


• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.


• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.


• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.


• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.


• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.


• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.

• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.


• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

What You'll Bring

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.


• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.


• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.


• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.


• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds as needed.


• Ability to safely climb, bend, squat, kneel, and enter/exit equipment throughout the workday.


• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules as business needs require.
