Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. in Florida is seeking a Rear End Loader Driver to service routes, keep neighborhoods clean, and support daily operations with professionalism.

You will operate a Rear End Loader truck, perform routine inspections, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal responsibly on every stop.

Qualifications

• CDL with acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to operate Rear End Loader truck and hydraulics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Rear End Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.

You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.What You'll DoSafely operate a Rear End Loader Truck on assigned routes.Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.At Coastal, we win as a team.
