Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) as required by equipment.
• DOT-compliant clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts.
• Ability to read/write English, including shipping documents.
• Commitment to safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of LTL freight using local routes.
• Load and unload freight with forklifts and hand trucks.
• Operate hostler to reposition trailers and manage dock movements.
• Complete shipping documents accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe, organized dock and yard environment.
• Support terminal operations and safety meetings as needed.
