Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of diagnosis and repair experience across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and hydrostatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools in repair processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Proficiency with MS Office and video photography.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, respond to emails, provide parts assistance, or diagnose and troubleshoot to resolve product issues using company databases and cross‑department collaboration.
• Record call details and actions in the Customer Relations Management system.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure issues are resolved and escalate as needed.
• Review case information to determine warranty coverage or goodwill adjustments.
• Provide status updates on repairs or warranty claims to dealers and customers.
• Lead diagnostic efforts at dealer locations under supervision.
• Educate customers on new equipment startups.
• Identify potential mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues and document recommendations for engineering review.
• Participate on the on‑call technical support team and provide after‑hours support.
• Review technical data and training materials and communicate updates to customers as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to aid future technical issues.
• Coordinate travel and arrange equipment and parts for field tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed.
