Job summary

Xylem in the United States is hiring a Senior Driver Technician responsible for the safe operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle and transporting materials to customer sites. This role initiates and executes field service activities, performs system troubleshooting, and interfaces with customers while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a HS diploma, obtain CDL, and have 2–5 years of technical experience in industrial or process water settings.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical, mechanical and diesel experience relevant to field service.
• Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot and communicate technical information clearly.
• Customer service experience and ability to work with clients on site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
• Safely operate a DOT-regulated vehicle and transport materials/equipment between sites.
• Perform field service activities and proactive system troubleshooting at customer sites.
