Job summary

CLP Circular Services is seeking a CDL A/B Driver (FEL Driver) in San Antonio, TX to operate a front-end load recycling truck for commercial routes and ensure reliable pickup and delivery of recyclables.

The role requires adherence to DOT regulations, safety procedures, and strong customer service skills; a valid Texas CDL and DOT medical card are mandatory. The position includes 1st shift and full-time employment with benefit options.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with customers, dispatchers, mechanics, and other drivers.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Meet all Federal & State DOT requirements.
• Pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Front-End Load (FEL) commercial recycling collection truck and ancillary equipment on assigned route to commercial container customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Deliver recyclables to designated recycling/drop-off facility.
• Load recyclables using automated FEL to service 2 yard to 8-yard commercial containers.
• Maintain route sheets and complete pre-trip/post trip inspections; report vehicle inspection records.
