Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School seeks a CDL Examiner to administer commercial driver’s license tests in compliance with state and federal rules, while ensuring safe operation of testing equipment.

The role requires a CDL Class A license with endorsements, a clean driving record, and readiness to pass DOT physicals and drug screening. You will document results and participate in ongoing training to uphold testing integrity.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license with all endorsements as required by the Company.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations in 3 years and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must pass and maintain a DOT physical, DOT drug screen, and hair follicle test (HFT) and agree to post-accident testing.

Responsibilities

• Administer CDL examinations in accordance with state and Federal regulations and company policies.
• Ensure safe driving and proper operation of testing equipment during exams.
• Submit complete test evaluations, forms and reports in a timely manner.
• Attend CDL refresher classes and stay updated on testing procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to policies set by the state monitor and third‑party facility.
