Congruex, headquartered in the United States, is seeking an Equipment Operator in Las Vegas to support underground utility construction. You will operate heavy equipment, coordinate usage with field crews, and ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities include conduit placement, potholing utilities, and reading plans to develop safe excavation plans around utilities. Required qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid Class A CDL, and a DOT Medical Card,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience in underground utility construction.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Load, unload, haul, set up, and break down equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and documentation for assigned heavy equipment.
• Operate near active utilities while avoiding utility strikes and maintaining precautions.
• Assist with underground construction activities including conduit placement and concrete work.
• Read plans, communicate with supervisors, and develop safe excavation plans around utilities.
