Qualifications

• One year as an Equipment Operator I or completion of a standard grade school course.
• Two (2) years of experience operating light to heavy power equipment.
• A valid Class A, Class B, or equivalent commercial driver's license (CDL) with mandatory endorsements is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates all equipment designated as Equipment Operator II for construction and maintenance projects.
• Trains and becomes proficient on all pieces of required equipment.
• Performs daily safety inspections and maintains required records.
• Works outdoors in varying weather conditions with exposure to elements and machinery hazards.
• Maintains vehicles/equipment in good operating condition and adheres to safety protocols.
