Job summary

Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company in Ashland, KY is seeking a CDL Equipment Driver to operate a variety of Class A trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks and roll-offs, performing driving and non-driving duties on and off-site for hazardous waste cleanup.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, loading/unloading, daily logs, and potential on-call emergency response; Hazmat and Tanker endorsement are preferred, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use various mobile devices and perform physical requirements.
• Successful completion of a background check, drug test and physical if applicable.
• Employees must meet facial hair standards per OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers in a team setting.
• Drive a variety of Class A trucks and perform loading/unloading.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets and reports in an accurate manner.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT, local/state and federal regulations.
• May be on-call for emergency response and assist with site remediation and hazardous materials handling.
