Job summary

Branscome is seeking a Dump Truck Driver in Richmond, VA to transport construction materials to and from job sites and plants. You will operate dump trucks, follow safety policies, and maintain logs as required.

The role requires a valid CDL Class B with air brake endorsement, basic math skills, and the ability to work overtime. Asphalt hauling experience is preferred, and candidates should be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Vision must be acceptable to both day and night driving.
• Asphalt hauling experience is a plus.
• Ability to do basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks to transport construction materials to and from jobs and plant locations.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Safety maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Pull or push levers to dump materials as required.
• Move hand and foot controls to position truck and materials.
• Inspect truck equipment and assist with routine maintenance as needed.
