Chase Staffing is seeking experienced CDL-A/B Drivers with Boom Truck experience for a client in Cartersville, GA. Location: Cartersville, GA Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $25 per hour Hours: 40-75 hours per week Schedule: Home Daily

The ideal candidate will have commercial driving experience and a strong background operating boom trucks or crane-equipped delivery vehicles. This position involves delivering drywall, insulation, steel framing, and other building materials to residential and commercial construction sites throughout North Georgia and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will prioritize safety, reliable deliveries, and excellent customer service.

Duties

• Safely operate a commercial delivery truck equipped with a boom or crane.
• Deliver drywall, gypsum products, insulation, steel framing, and other building materials to construction sites.
• Operate boom truck equipment to unload and place materials accurately at job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Verify delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Communicate professionally with contractors, site supervisors, and customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain the vehicle and equipment in safe operating condition.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license required, as accepted for the assigned vehicle.
• Previous drywall delivery and boom truck/crane experience required!
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience delivering building materials to residential and commercial construction sites.
• Ability to operate specialized unloading equipment safely.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull building materials as needed.
• Knowledge of load securement and DOT safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Forklift or piggyback experience is a plus.
