Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear load, front load, side load and roll off trucks on designated routes, delivering prompt waste removal with superior customer service.

The role includes pre/post trip inspections, route execution, and complete, accurate paperwork, with opportunities for advancement through Casella’s Career Pathways program. Starting pay ranges and a $7,500 hiring bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL license.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections of the vehicle per safety standards and regulations; maintains truck appearance.
• Operates rear/front/side/roll-off trucks safely on streets, highways, customer sites, and construction sites.
• Provides courteous customer service and timely service to customers.
• Maintains a positive attitude toward company and community goals.
• Completes all required paperwork accurately.
• Attends training programs and notifies Dispatch of interruptions or incidents.
