Job summary

Casella Waste Systems is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear, front, side, and roll-off trucks while delivering courteous waste removal services on designated routes. Eligible candidates benefit from a $5,000 hiring bonus and a career-path program with merit increases and safety incentives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, a valid CDL Class A or B, and the ability to work in the United States. Physical work and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL License required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections of the vehicle per Casella safety standards and regulations; maintain truck appearance.
• Operate rear load, front load, side load and roll off trucks safely on streets, sites and driveways.
• Provide courteous, timely service and positive attitude to customers and communities.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time (route sheets, logs, etc.).
• Attend scheduled training sessions and notify Dispatch of any service interruptions or safety concerns.
• Support company values and participate in safety and career-path programs.
