Compensation and Bonus Details

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify

Bonus Breakdown:

• After 3 months of employment: $1,500
• After 6 months of employment: $4,000

Position Summary

Deliver products to customers safely, courteously, professionally, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV (Combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR) safely and professionally.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks and Material Handling Equipment.
• Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, and displays; transport between truck, backroom, and display floor.
• Communicate any route barriers to supervisors.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Complete all required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or legal age per state.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• Recent safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting (distribution, construction, etc.).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience, problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands

• Lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Push and pull manual transport equipment over 100 yards.
• Physically exert oneself over sustained periods.
