Sign-On Bonus Details

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Details: After 3 months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after 6 months, $4,000.

Position Summary

Efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles safely and professionally, such as combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers, transporting products with MHE.
• Communicate any route barriers to supervisors for proper handling.
• Report unsafe working conditions.
• Complete all required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
• Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in environments like distribution centers, farms, or construction.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience including problem-solving.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Repetitive pushing/pulling of transport equipment over distances.
• Physically exerting effort over sustained periods.
