Job description

$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months, you will receive $4,000.

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
• You must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Position Summary:

To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Position Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):

• Operate CMV vehicles safely and professionally, such as combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Safely unload and deliver products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport products between truck, backroom, and display floor with MHE.
• Communicate any route barriers to supervisors for customer or dispatch updates.
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
• Complete all required company training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and all relevant laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
• One year of safe driving experience recently within CMV similar to the one operated.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in environments like distribution centers, construction, or related fields.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience, including problem-solving.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds; reaching, kneeling, squatting, and bending.
• Push and pull manual transport equipment over at least 100 yards.
• Physically exert oneself over sustained periods.
