$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS
After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months of employment, you will receive $4,000.
Position Summary:
To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) safely and professionally, such as, combination vehicles or straight trucks with a GVWR or GCWR over 10,001 lbs.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment using mobile handheld device logs.
- Safely and accurately unload and deliver products to customers using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain product fill levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport products between trucks, backrooms, and display floors using MHE such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Communicate any barriers to maintaining the route plan to the supervisor for timely resolution and customer communication.
- Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
- Attend and complete all company training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws, including DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving concerns.
- Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
- Valid Class A CDL and an acceptable driving record per MVR policy guidelines.
- At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military driving experience.
- Minimum of one year of safe driving experience, preferably within the past 12 months, operating a CMV similar to the one used for the company.
- One year of work experience in physically demanding environments such as distribution centers, construction, or similar roles involving heavy lifting.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Must pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Beverage industry experience.
- Prior customer service experience, including problem-solving skills.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly, including kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending.
- Ability to push and pull manual transport equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks for at least 100 yards without assistance.
- Ability to exert physical effort over sustained periods to complete job tasks.
