Qualifications

• CDL required with appropriate Class level.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years verifiable on-the-road experience within the last 5 years.
• Possess MVR and pass DOT drug screen.
• Ability to pass our road test and have DOT physical.
• Ability to maintain valid Medical Examiner Certificate and pass DOT drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a positive learning environment.
• Convenes all assigned classes per their start and end times.
• Trains students in trucking/driving
• Administers written tests and evaluates grades
• Performs pre-trip inspections and safety demonstrations
• Inspires student confidence in program, faculty, and self
• Maintains records of student progress and attendance
• Upholds safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
