Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Driver Trainee (CDL Required) to learn the delivery and sales functions across our beverage product line.

You will support a 4-day work week of 10-hour shifts starting at 5am, delivering and stocking products at customer sites while building strong relations with retailers and Pepsi teams. The role requires a GED, 6–12 months in sales/customer relations, and a valid Class A CDL with insurability.

Qualifications

• GED required.
• 6–12 months of sales and customer relations experience with a consumer product line.
• Valid Class A CDL; employee must be insurable to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, stocks, rotates, displays, and maintains products at customer locations.
• Builds positive relationships with customers, retailers, Territory Account Managers, Territory Delivery Managers, and internal teams.
• Invoices customers and collects payment.
• Handles, stocks, and organizes alcoholic products.
• Communicates effectively with retailers and Pepsi management.
