Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Driver Trainee (CDL Required) to support our sales team by training across positions and providing coverage during absences.

The role involves delivering, stocking, and displaying products at customer locations while building strong customer relationships. The position requires a valid Class A CDL, 6–12 months of sales/customer relations experience, and a willingness to learn across roles within the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Prior experience in a consumer goods or beverage environment is a plus.
• Must be able to provide DOT logs and basic paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, stock, rotate, display, and maintain products at customer locations.
• Build relationships with customers and internal Pepsi teams.
• Process invoices and collect payments.
• Handle alcoholic products and ensure proper compliance.
• Communicate effectively with retailers and team members.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain inventory and manage paperwork including DOT logs.
• Work assigned schedule and perform other duties as needed.
