Job summary

Cillessen & Sons Inc. is seeking a hands-on Traffic Control crew member with a CDL license to join our active team in Kansas. You’ll drive CDL-required vehicles, load and unload gear, and help set up and tear down traffic controls on busy job sites.

Expect weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and company-paid health insurance for you, plus dental, vision, and life insurance and PTO + HRA benefits. This is a physically active, outdoor role with some travel and night/weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required.
• Clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive CDL-required vehicles to transport traffic control equipment.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or equipment.
• Secure loads and complete pre/post-trip inspections.
• Assist crews with traffic control setup, maintenance, and teardown.
• Work on active job sites (not just driving from point A to B).
