Job summary

SkyRite Signage Company is hiring a CDL Driver / Sign Installer for full-time outdoor work. You will drive sign trucks, install and service signs, read drawings, and follow codes to ensure quality on every job.

The role emphasizes hands-on outdoor labor, safety, and teamwork, with training provided to grow toward Journeyman licensing and leadership positions in a dynamic skyline-illuminating role.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license and 5 months of CDL driving experience.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as a team.
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical labor.
• Some MIG welding experience and electrical knowledge are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate sign trucks
• Help install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting
• Read drawings, review job specs, and follow codes to get it right the first time
• Load your truck with tools, materials, and equipment to minimize return trips
• Communicate clearly with the office, your crew, and the customer

This role is full-time and hourly, with the opportunity for steady overtime...and thanks to the Big Beautiful Bill, your overtime pay is now tax-free. That means more of what you earn, stays yours.

This job is hands-on, physical, and outdoors. You'll work on lifts, rooftops, ladders, and trucks. You'll install cool signs, fix busted lights, chase down outages, and make sure our customers stay visible and vibrant. Every job is different. Everyday matters. And your work literally shapes the skyline.

What You'll Actually Do
