Job summary

SkyRite is hiring a Sign Installer Service Technician to work outdoors, install and service signs, climb and use lifts, and help light up the skyline. You will drive sign trucks, read drawings, and follow codes to ensure first-time accuracy, while communicating with the office and customers.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• Sign experience is preferred.
• A reliable work ethic.
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical labor.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as a team.
• Some MIG welding experience and electrical knowledge are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive & operate sign trucks.
• Help install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting.
• Read drawings, review job specs, and follow codes to get it right the first time.
• Load your truck with tools, materials, and equipment to minimize return trips.
• Communicate clearly with the office, your crew, and the customer.
• Use checklists, document your work, and take pride in a job well done.

This job is hands-on, physical, and outdoors. You'll work on lifts, rooftops, ladders, and trucks. You'll install cool signs, fix busted lights, chase down outages, and make sure our customers stay visible and vibrant. Every job is different. Every day matters. And your work literally shapes the skyline.

What You'll Actually Do
