Job summary

Magnum Paving LLC is seeking a reliable CDL Driver to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites and yards, supporting construction operations with timely and secure deliveries. The ideal candidate has a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and experience operating commercial vehicles in construction settings.

This full-time role requires flexibility for long hours, including weekends and evenings, and adherence to all USDOT, FMCSA, and cargo securement regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL (depending on vehicle type)
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Experience hauling construction materials or equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with load securement, tie-down procedures, and safe operating practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with loading/unloading when required
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid Class A or B CDL as required.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload construction equipment.
• Operate trucks with various trailer combinations, including lowboy trailers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and DVIRs.
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and cargo securement rules and regulations.
• Notify supervisors of vehicle defects or maintenance needs.
• Travel regionally or nationally as required by assignments.
