Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks on established routes.

You will provide reliable waste removal services with a focus on safety and customer care, participating in the Career Pathways program with opportunities for merit increases and incentives. The role requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), 18+ years old, and legal work eligibility in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license and legal work eligibility in the United States.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks on designated routes.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle appearance.
• Provide courteous, prompt service and ensure safe, compliant waste removal on residential/commercial routes.
• Document work accurately and participate in required training.
• Contribute to community and company goals with professional customer interactions.
