Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a rear-load waste removal truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers as per route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures and safety rules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day using onboard tech.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle; assist teammates as needed.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and PPE requirements.
