Coastal Waste & Recycling is hiring a CDL Rear Loader Driver to service routes across Florida, Georgia, and the Southeast. You will safely operate a rear loader, service diverse customers, and uphold safety procedures while using onboard tech to document routes.

Qualifications

• CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a rear loader truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose materials per procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report safety concerns, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Use onboard tech to document routes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Help teammates after routes and follow DOT rules.
• Wear PPE and represent Coastal professionally.
