Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a CDL Rear Loader Driver to safely operate a Rear Loader Truck on assigned routes and service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers. You will collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials while upholding safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Rear Loader Truck on assigned routes.
Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Report mechanical concerns or route delays promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
Follow all DOT regulations and PPE requirements.
Assist teammates and other operations as needed.
