Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is hiring a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear load, front load, side load and roll-off trucks across residential and commercial routes. You will deliver prompt waste removal, maintain vehicle appearance, and uphold Casella safety standards while serving customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B license required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain truck appearance in line with safety standards.
• Safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks on streets and sites.
• Provide courteous, timely service and maintain positive customer interactions.
• Complete route sheets and required paperwork accurately.
• Attend scheduled trainings and communicate service interruptions to Dispatch.
