Coastal Waste & Recycling is hiring a CDL Driver for Residential Automated Side Load routes. You will safely operate the side load vehicle, service diverse customers, and ensure on-time, compliant service while upholding exceptional customer interactions.

Formación

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to safely climb, bend, squat, kneel, and enter/exit equipment throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a Residential Automated Side Load on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices for route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Assist teammates and support operations as directed by management.

Your Role

As a CDL Driver Residential Automated Side Load, you'll safely operate a Residential Automated Side Load while servicing customers along assigned routes. You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate aResidential Automated Side Load on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
