Qualifications

• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through various channels to identify CDL driver prospects.
• Perform initial pre-screening interviews and evaluate qualifications and compliance.
• Review applications, verify information, and collect missing details.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with CDL Driver Recruiters to identify top candidates and support interviews.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
