Job summary

Stevens Transport is seeking a CDL Driver Recruiting Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential CDL driver candidates. You will conduct outreach, screen qualifications, and relay essential information about opportunities and the company.

You will manage applications, verify documents, and maintain an organized candidate database while collaborating with recruiters to build a strong talent network and support hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Experience using ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for CDL driver candidates via calls and emails.
• Screen candidates and provide information about Stevens Transport opportunities.
• Review applications for completeness and CDL requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify suitable candidates.
