Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable speaking with professional truck drivers.
• Ability to evaluate basic applicant qualifications.
• Comfortable using ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, and online systems.
• Recruiting or transportation experience is helpful
• CDL driving or trucking-industry experience is valuable
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong follow-through.
