Mail Management Services is seeking a part-time Class A CDL driver to support flexible night and early-morning routes in the Portland area. The role covers shifts that may begin between 10:00 PM and 4:00 AM, with mid-day options occasionally available.
Anticipated 3–4 days per week, weekends included, with varying schedules based on coverage needs. The compensation includes $28.87 regular hourly pay, $4.71 incentive pay, and $6.42 health & wellness pay, paid up to 40 hours weekly.
Part-Time Floater Needed: Driver must have flexible availability to cover a variety of shifts. Routes may begin between 10:00 PM and 4:00 AM, with additional mid-day routes potentially beginning at 10:15 AM or 12:15 PM.
Anticipated schedule is 3–4 days per week, including weekend availability. Schedule and route assignments may vary based on coverage needs.
*$28.87 in Regular Hourly Pay + $4.71 in Incentive Pay + $6.42 in Health & Wellness Pay(paid up to 40 hours per week)– Health & Wellness Pay is used to offset monthly health insurance premiums. Health & Wellness pay is added to your paycheck no matter if you choose insurance or not.

Job Requirements:
** Drivers may be required to load, unload, sort, and handle cargo to and from trailers by hand or by use of mechanical equipment such as carts or a pallet jack. The driver must be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb and move freely in the handling of cargo that may weigh more than 100 pounds. The driver must be able to lift from 60 – 100 pounds. The driver must be able to lift 60 pounds over the head and must be able to exert a minimum of 70 pounds pull pressure on the 5th wheel lock and trailer tandem release.The driver must be able to safely maneuver a cart weighing up to 500 pounds.
